I would be grateful for advice of the name of the publisher and the ISBN, to
facilitate ordering for my local bookshop.

Having recently acquired Don Kroodsma's "The Singing Life of Birds", and
David Rothenberg's "Why Birds Sing", I'd like to complete the trilogy.
