Hi all, I have some inquiries for all those lucky guys that own a 722/744:
About 722:
- are the input controls calibrated ? or is there at least a calibrated
reference gain ?
- is it possible to set the input gain to have, say, 1Vpp at overload level=
?
- is it possible to start recording with a simple remote, maybe just a swit=
ch ?
- what about the noise of mic-preamplifiers, compared to a Marantz 670 or a=
Fostex FR2 ?
- what is the effective bandwidth a 192 kHz ?
About 744:
- what about gain and controls on the 2 additional inputs ?
Last question: is it possible to use it just as a AD converter ? the AD
data is routed to digital output all the time ?
