Alternatives:

1.   An expert is one who knows more and more about less and less, until he
knows everything about nothing.

2.  "Expert" - "X", the unknown factor; "spurt" a drip under pressure!

BTW, science tells us that the right side of the brain controls the left
side of the body and vice versa, so left-handers are the only right-minded
people.

I'm right-handed for one-handed actions; left-handed, for two.  So surely I
qualify as a half-wit!
