I'm no expert but I have sent things commercially once or twice.
Customs usually holds things up either because
a) they don't know what it is
b) they don't trust or agree with the declaration

Has Klas contacted Swedish customs to inquire what the hold-up is?
This might be the fastest way to determine what the actual problem is,
if it's more than the usual handling delay.
