Yep it is ok if you like Billy's World.  It is much better than 98 or
2000.  Cool Edit still works on it which was the important thing for
me.  Make sure you have lots of disk space.  While you are at it change
you mailer though to Thunderbird (very good spam filter on it which
learns what you consider spam) and Firefox.  Both are more secure than
Billy's Outhouse and Internet Exploder.
