Yes --- that's a very nice recording of a "feeding buzz" in which the
frequency of the echo location calls increases as the bat approaches its
target.
I'm not an expert on bat ID by sound and as I understand it there's still
quite a bit of debate on how well this can actually be done. Many Myotis
sound pretty much the same.
The main starting point to make an ID is the overall frequency of the
actual sounds. Eptesicus tends to be fairly low, with a good bit of power
around 28-30 KHz, most Myotis are a good bit higher (40 or 50 KHz).
Lasiurines can be lower even than Big Brown Bats with some Hoary Bat's
actually audible to some humans with good hearing. Or so I've been told ---=
couldn't prove it by me!
