Thanks SO much for this hint!! I think you've solved my problem. After
I did my first batch of recordings, I sat down & listened to them. I
must have pressed the forward button once too often & ended up on
Track One. Next day I went & made recordings & back & said "how'd I
erase my first 10 tracks from yesterday??" Duh. Luckily, most of those
first 10 tracks were tests & 'learning experiences'.
