Sound quality and editing part 2

Subject: Sound quality and editing part 2

Hello everyone,

As Mr Peet correctly pointed out there is no substitution for a knowledgeable
and experienced recordist. And as an audio engineer inexperienced in the
nuances and subtle details of birdcalls and nature sounds I would never assume
I knew what was best without the input of the original recordist or someone
experienced in the field. I do however stand behind my comments about a good
quality soundcard and the importance of editing. I apologize if any feathers
were ruffled.

Sincerely,

Kent Shaw
