Hi Doug;
Congratulations on becoming Mayor. I'm sure you'll do a great job. I spent =
20 years on the Nelson BC City Council and understand the pressures well. Y=
ou'll undoubtedly experience frustrations and apathy, but always try to do =
what you think is right. If you follow that philosophy you will always reta=
in a warm feeling in your heart that you cared, stepped up to the plate and=
