A good friend of mine in Ecuador has a defective Sony MZN1 Minidisc Recorder which is still under warranty. Even so, it looks like it will cost $90 or so to fix it. There are none of these machines for sale on e-bay so I can't determine if it is worth the $ to fix it. Does anyone know what a comparable Sony model is..or if this machine is worth fixing for $90.
