Most people get every message in a single email; 20 messages a day means 20 new emails in your mailbox... A digest is a daily bundle of all the messages in 1 (large) email. You can choose digest at this page: http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups log in, choose edit my groups ( http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups?edit=1 ) and voila, the choice is yours.
