Marty,

I use my own Avisoft-SASLab Pro software that has specifically been designe=
d
for the needs of bioacoustic analysis. It is perhaps not the best choice fo=
r
a nature recordist who does not need all the additional analysis options
that are available in this software. See http://www.avisoft-saslab.com/pro_=
.htm
for details. There is also a cheaper limited version (Avisoft-SASLab Plus,
part #10001) that also includes the real-time spectrogram mode I mentioned.=
 See
http://www.avisoft-saslab.com/prices_.htm for pricing and ordering
information. Unfortunately, the free SASLab Light version (available from
http://www.avisoft-saslab.com/downloa_.htm) does not support the real-time =
mode.

Regards,
Raimund
