You could encode your multichannel sound as a Dolby AC-3 stream and
create a Video DVD using an authoring tool such as DVD Studio Pro.
(sorry, not sure what authoring tools are best on Windows.) This
should play in any consumer DVD player. Then you need a player with
multichannel out, or one with digital outs and an external box which
decodes the stream into multiple channels.
Many authoring packages come with an AC-3 encoder which takes input
from regular .wav or .aif files.
Alternately, make a DTS encoded stream. They have a better lossy
codec than dolby. (higher data rate tho')
