I usually think of wind as the enemy, wrapping the mic in foam and fake fur= to (sort of) block it. Here in Texas, winter cold fronts bring strong, cold winds. When things are= just right, a nice "swoosh" is captured without the awful garble/rumble so= und of a direct hit. In these clips, both effects can be heard: http://richardsfault.filesbox.com/Sounds%20of%20the%20cul-de-sac/Relaxing/2= 003-11-27%20Wind%201.mp3 http://richardsfault.filesbox.com/Sounds%20of%20the%20cul-de-sac/Relaxing/2= 003-11-27%20Wind%202.mp3 http://richardsfault.filesbox.com/Sounds%20of%20the%20cul-de-sac/Relaxing/2= 003-11-27%20Wind%203.mp3 |
