I had a sound designer frisbee one across a room into a brick wall
because he believed it was corrupted by the recorder.  The shell split
apart but the disc itself was intact and I'm sure tha data on it was
okay.  In fact I still have the disc, I should try rebuilding it.  We
figured out later that it wasn't a disc problem, the designer
excersized caution with his temper after that.
