Hi Bernie,

A .wav file would be perfect. The point is really to see how CoolEdit 2000
manages to combine the L-R into stereo. The missed oppportunity to purchase
a MKH30 rose my curiousity about this feature of the software that I never
used.

Would really appreciate it if you could provide a small .wav file. Anywhere
you can post it to would be perfect. If you don't have a place to post it, I
can send you an address later on today.

About the MKH30... Yes, that was my feeling as well : too good to be true !
I send a message to the seller, requesting confirmation that the mic was in
perfect shape and that he could provide an official receipt. I was told the
mic was bought by a Swiss TV for a special project that never
materialized... I was then kept busy by something else for part of the
evening and, when I thought about it, the auction was over. Later, the
seller confirmed to me that the mic had been sold. The buyer himself did not
believe his luck !
