I agree that it sounds very good to work up.

You should measure and pay attention to resonant peaks that may not 
be expected from working with nylon.  It may relect a bit to much.  
Hard to tell until one is built.

I am thinking of this US gov project that looks great but the 
material could be improved upon to reduce the bounce within the open 
space.  I am still looking for an easier way to build this one.
