The media requires both heat and a magnetic field to be changed. It 
would take one powerful Xray machine to heat it enough, I'm not sure 
such a machine exists. The rest of the minidisc should not be bothered.

A really strong magnetic field could alter things. Not what you find in 
the xray machines, however.

I can't think of any. You are dealing with one of the most durable 
recording mediums available. It can hold the recording unchanged for in 
excess of 50 years or not wear out in a million rewrites.
