I just pull it out of my pack and put it on, and I'm ready to record. A pair of dress shoulder pads are sewn onto the shoulders for foundations. On that, Velcro strips are sewn, and the lavalier mikes are clipped to a piece of Velcro stuck to that. The mikes face forward. Then each mike is covered with a home-made windscreen, a 1/4" wire-mesh box covered with fake fur fabric, put together with hot glue and held to the shoulder pad with Velcro. MD in the pocket, blanks in the other pocket, ear canal phones and mike cables rigged to the vest with safety pins. -Dan ________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ |
