Having posted other strange things in the past such as:
The Hemi
The Foam Blockhead
The Darringer

Keeping the mind open today I post the "Football on a stick"
A stereo enclosure/windscreen/shockmount

Used with omni's of your choice the contraption performs well in high
winds and rough handling environments. The assembly not only offers
a recording environment for these conditions but it protects your
microphones as it is thrown around in vehicles and the handle doubles
as a cable storage caddie.

Essentially two pieces of foam rubber stuffed in a tube with a handle
attached. The mics get pressed between the two foam pieces and the
food strainers with winter stocking caps form the windscreen.=20
Obviously this model has a battery box for the mics as well.
Handle and main tube built from pvc plumbing pipes. Multiple holes in
main tube are an option. Winter caps on clearance sale everywhere
right now in the US.

Just posted to keep you all thinking.
