Have you tried Minidisco? They show the Sharp DR7 and MT190 as being 
in stock. See http://www.minidisco.com/portables.html. The DR7 may be 
a Japanese model -- so check.

Microphone Madness also appears to have the older Sharp SR-60 in 
stock. See http://www.microphonemadness.com/minrec.html.

You can also import Sharps directly from Japan (e.g. http://www.japan-
direct.com/). 

The availablility of Sharps seemed to have declined over the last 
year or so. Not sure why. Maybe Sharp wants to concentrate on the 
Asian and European markets where demand for MD is better.
