I recently received a parabola and have enjoyed recording the first spring bird songs here in Idaho. Among the sounds I recorded were an American dipper with very little background water sound, as well as meadowlarks belting out their song with my growling stomach in the background. As I edited out the extraneous sounds on my Sony NetMD player/recorder I became weary and accidentally erased the entire disc! I haven't touched the disc since, hoping that there is some way to retrieve the data. The dippers are finishing up with singing now and I'd like to salvage those songs. Any ideas? Thanks, Larry Barnes Hailey, ID ________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ |
