Jean Roche quit making his own parabolas and instead sells the Telinga
through his website sittelle.com:

Another Parabolic recording dish. Manufactured by or in cooperation
with, an active bird man Jean C. Roche (accent over the e). I don't
think it is still available. I recall it as a 25". The handle was a
single cushined C shaped tube that attached to the dish just above
center and went to the lower edge.
I have seen it once and last month there was one that went on e-bay.
I run one camo T-shirt material windscreen for light wind, one Fake
fur windscreen for higher winds, and in the worst prairie conditions
I run both and a foam windscreen on the mic.
