Alt-PrintScreen (near Scroll lock, upper right of most keyboards).
[PrintScreen captures the whole screen btw].

This copies the current application window into the clipboard.

Open Paint (Programs...accessories...Paint) or Photoshop, etc., and Paste.

Voila!
