Carol.
I believe that this species is very widespread across the
continent and habitats. Most observations and records are of dead animals. They are very shy. To find them first find a
flowering shrub or small tree in an area in which they are known. Then lie on a
blanket or other suitable substrate and wait with your torch and a red filter.
Star gaze through the foliage until your attention is distracted by small
movements. Good Luck!

Alan
