Noisy Friarbirds

There's been a group of noisy friarbirds in eucalyptus trees near our place in Kambah for a couple of weeks now, arguing with the Wattlebirds and Noisy Miners. :)

Not really a birder so I don't recognise many bird calls.  Also am deaf and vision-impaired.  Hilarious really.  But over the last couple of weeks I have been hearing the quintessential sound of the Australian bush on my landcare site in Higgins (Brazel/Hudson) Street.  It was a noisy friarbird, possibly more than one.  They are not there all the time.  Yesterday morning around 9am, three birds flew over my house toward Scullin.  My husband confirmed they were Noisy Friarbirds.
