Two days ago a small flock of ibis (not sure which species) was deliberately chased by a mob of galahs until the ibis were well away.  In Kambah.

But today, a reportable event.  A Straw-necked Ibis flew over chased by four King Parrots.  This was a chase, not an accidental colocation.  I watched them for several hundred metres.

I cannot imagine what the purpose was, or what might have induced the chase, but there it was.

As they say: go figure!
