Hi Ben, and all,

Your email is timely! This is a known issue with the Canberra Bird website that we expect will be fixed by the forthcoming website update.

As foreshadowed in the February Gang-gang, after 13 years the Canberra Birds website is being updated.  The first stage will replace the existing website with a modern site that has new internals and a refreshed appearance. Most of the content will remain as it is today.   All going well, this will go live on Tuesday 10th March.

In the coming months the content (words, photo gallery, bird database etc) will be updated gradually, as resources allow.

Please be patient during these changes!  After Tuesday, once the new site is up and running, please do report any issues, comments or suggestions to Julian Robinson at

Our thanks to Julian for his work on this project.

Cheers,

Julie

On behalf of the Canberra Birds Committee

Good afternoon,

Curious whether there is a reason for why the current March issue of Gang Gang is restricted as a "protected file and only available to viewed by Committee Members".

Cheers, Ben
