This has been in the making for a long time, Newcastle House on Eyer Street is being demolished as we speak.

I would think that when they get to what I call the badlands ( the old tip site ) they will discover Asbestos and this will slow the progress.

They're talking about 6 to 8 storey apartments, presumably similar to Kingston Foreshore.
