Yes it probably is young. Some of the primaries are very old (looking brown rather than black). Adults would have done a complete moult in autumn and so all should look fresh now. Young birds do a post juvenile moult which often skips the inner 3 or so primaries
which by this stage are faded. Whether it hatched early spring or previous summer is another question.
