My wife and I found a sick Pacific Black Duck in the reeds on the north side of the Upper Stranger Pond. I have reported it to ACT Wildlife. It was falling unconscious and will drown if it stays in the water. I hope it isn't infectious. It couldn't
swim with it's legs but was trying to use it's wings instead. 😥
