Hi All,
I have noticed lately that the impressive stand of Gum Trees along the front of the old TGA site that a lot of Gum Trees have now a pink ribbon around the trunks, I would assume that this means the trees will be cut down? There are some that are dead but
a lot look healthy and some quite large and looking to be flowering soon. My rough count was just under 200 trees with ribbons.
Anyone know what this is about? I have heard a rumour that maybe housing will be put in the site? Perhaps they could use the site for the crematorium and leave the old Zoo site for expansion of Callum Brae?
