That’s my understanding, Ben: those are rural leases, which can only be entered with the permission of the landowner.

 

Further along Nass Road, the Nass TSR is a small patch of the low flat land immediately north of the Gudgenby River and east of the new Nass Road bridge, but I haven’t checked its exact boundaries recently and it isn’t particularly bird-rich anyway.

 

Others may know more.

Good morning, 

 

It's been brought to my attention that birders are entering the wooded paddocks at the intersection of Naas and Apollo roads.

 

Can anyone confirm whether this is private property.
