Crimson Rosella

Looks to me mostly like it has narrowly escaped from a predator (such as a falcon). The feather loss and untidiness could include moult but it is more than just that. I also wonder about beak and feather disease but the beak looks fine.

As to “should it recover” that suggests a moral question. Who knows. Everything dies from something.

Does anyone know what is wrong with this Crimson Rosella? Came through the back garden yesterday. And?
