There were about 20 along the fence of the Curtin west horse paddocks, on the western side of the cork-oak plantation that stretches up from Cotter Road, about 10.30 this morning.

They looked quite settled; there was a bird-wave going on at the same time with Buff-rumped Thornbills and Silvereyes and a few other spp (didn't have my bins with me), but I don't think the DBFs were part of it.
