Query, Mountain Brush-tailed Possum

I believe the southern (Vic and southern NSW high country) one has been named T. cunninghami and is now regarded as separate species to the northern T. caninus.

I've only just caught up to the fact that this is now considered a separate sp.

 

Would any BT possums you see along  Wark's Road, say, be this sp?
