Nadjung Mada Nature Reserve, wednesday 19 July, 9am.

This is one of the ACT’s newer reserves. It is located next to the Bimberi Centre in eastern Gungahlin. It is at the end of Morisset Rd (go past Bimberi on the narrow vehicle track - you will see reserve sign and locked gate at the end). Please note that there is no step-thru, so climbing the gate WILL be necessary unless I can make arrangements for easier access. There are sheep within the reserve so the gate is kept secured.
This will be about a 4km walk on mown tracks. There are many very old Yellow Box trees, much regrowth, and it is a very pleasant area to explore.
Meet at 9am near the gate.
Please register - name and phone number, and name and number of emergency contact.
