Hi Alan Interesting photo! It is a young cuckoo, I believe a Brush Cuckoo, what can be seen of the markings match that species well. They are a regular spring/summer migrant at Mulligans. Young robins can have similar markings but are differently shaped. Hooded Robins used to breed at Mulligans but sadly that is no longer the case.
