Sure does. Do an internet search on blue Quaker Parrot. Although I admin my first guess was a blue form of Rose-ringed Parakeet. One of these, an escaped pet.

It looks like it could be a Blue Quaker?

Hi
I live in Nicholls and I saw a bird today, first time in 25 years, and can't
find it in my Birds of the ACT book. Perhaps it's an escaped pet?
I thought I could email you and ask about it and I have attached a couple of
photos if that's OK.
Thanks and regards
