The route I (and COG outings) have used does not appear to be very close to the site indicated in the ICON email. We usually go in at the old TSR where there's a little Telstra building (in a satellite view in Google Maps it's possible to see the old servo
 site south of our entry point, with solar farm behind it, and north of that the Telstra box is just visible right beside the highway, with the dirt track from there to the river, finishing with that steepish zig-zag). That is some distance north of Angle Crossing
 Road, and the email refers to an offset area south of Angle Crossing Road.

Thank you for passing the info on. The text of Icon's email is plain enough, but it isn't clear to me where this unauthorised place is. There is an address in the email, so I put it into Google Maps - but that didn't help much. I sometimes walk into Gigerline NR from the Monaro Highway but I have never seen any signs indicating there is no access - so presumably the place I (and others) visit is not the place referred to in the email. 

But to make sure I don't do the wrong thing, does anyone else know where this place actually is?
