I watch the nest cam of the Peregrine Falcons at Charles Sturt University, Orange, New South Wales. This is a research project, studying the diet and use of a nest box of a family of peregrines living in the water tower since 2007. This morning (just after midnight) the female arrived with a dead Koel and stashed it in the corner of the box. Later in the morning (when it became light) both the male and female consumed the Koel. The videos of the whole event are there for viewing.
