I found this in the Feb issue of BBC Wildlife, Your Letter section.
Bird Etiquette
Don't snip at mynah faults
Or avocet to then swan off.
Don't get raven mad
and skua tirade unfairly.
Be neither a shoveler at table
Not a warbler in the bath.
Share a nightjar before loving
But no puffin in bed after.
