Very sad to hear of Henry’s passing. A great advocate for birds having served in many arenas including as President of Birds Australia. He will be sadly missed.

Henry was 84 and died on 2 February.

Henry was President or Vice President of COG 1979 -1982.

Amongst many COG activities Henry was instrumental in the establishment of the Garden Bird Survey.

He will be sadly missed by many COG, CSIRO and ANU friends and colleagues. 

An obituary will be prepared for CBN in due course.
