I am guessing that you tried the NPWS website and it didn't help? I know it hadn't been updated last time I looked.

Have you tried calling the Queanbeyan office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service? If their office is not responsible for Monga they will surely know which one is. The responsible office should know what's what.
