Are there Peregrines at Bruce?

I had a glimpse of what I thought was a Peregrine at Campbell park on Sun around 10 am

At Calvary Hospital today I noticed a pair of feral Pigeons wings in the garden and another pair just outside the multi-story car park. When I saw the first pair I suspected a fox but I do remember seeing similar evidence when Peregrine Falcons had been feeding. Has anyone seen Peregrines around the hospital?
