Many small groups of Yellow-Faced Honeyeater were active in and over the forest on the track to Vanity’s Crossing this morning. Groups of Red Wattlebirds were also moving through, and at times there was almost a continuous flow of Noisy Friarbirds.

And the leaves on the poplar trees are beginning to change colour. Only three weeks to the equinox, and autumn is coming.
