Dog problem Narrabundah Hill - an update to another problem

Several weeks ago there were comments about how late messages were coming through the "system". Jean's message, as noted on the "header" was posted on Saturday August 8 at 11:49 am. I received it yesterday, August 10 at around 4:30 pm and replied to the chat line at 6:22 pm. All week I have been receiving messages late, on one occasion 4 days after it was posted. Are people still having these sort of problems and does anyone know how to fix this situation?

Why would one or two people need 3 Retrievers, or one woman need three unruly large mutts? None of these dogs were on leads. None of these dogs were on fire trails but roaming at will away from their owners, although not totally out of control. I had to shout at the woman with the 3 mutts to keep her dogs away from me (one of these dogs had run up to me and barked loudly at very close range).  With the other group I had to shout to the owners to keep their dogs away from me (this was on the second encounter with this group of three dogs).

Narrabundah Hill appears to have become the place to bring your dogs to allow them free range. It has become a popular place every day, and especially during the Covid experience.

As far I could see, kangaroos had already vacated the reserve, but White-winged Chough and Magpies were scattered.

Is it the law to have dogs on a leash when out?
