Yes I know they are dead common but they represent a challenge to film well. 
Their jerky motion can lead to some not great footage unless you are careful. 
What I've done here is shot using a high frame rate and slowed most of it down 
50% so that we can get a better view of their behaviour.  Best viewed at 720p 
or higher.
