Video streaming is acting a bit strange at present, probably due to its popularity as folk are locked down all over the world. There are times when the internet is slow and things are not playing well. If that happens to you then either come back later and/or check video play quality icon (cog thingy) on the bottom right of the Vimeo play screen. All are loaded as 4K but should play well at 720p on a regular computer monitor or TV. Allowing film to buffer may also help.
