I have heard back very promptly from eBird Cornell. They have been able to reproduce the problem and acknowledge it is a bug at their end. It will be fixed "in
version 2.0.10 in the App Store when that comes out—we have another one in the pipel"
which will be a few weeks away. I am surprised that no-one else has noticed the problem.
The work round, to get the list into your personal account and show it as 'owned by COG outings' is a bit
messy:
